Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for ensuring that all areas to be serviced are accessible and free from obstructions. The client must disclose any areas that may pose a risk or hazards, including, but not limited to, uneven ground, hidden irrigation systems, and underground utilities.

Our services are offered exclusively in the following areas: Bradenton, Sarasota, Parrish, and Palmetto, Florida. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are located in, or are utilizing our services within, the specified areas of Bradenton, Sarasota, Parrish, and Palmetto, Florida.
Our services are not available outside of these geographic boundaries.
Liability Waiver: The client agrees to release, waive, and discharge our company, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the performance of the services, including damages to personal property or physical injury, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of our company.
